(hereafter called as “ASAMCO”). is a 100% Saudi company dedicated to providing SAUDI ELECTRICITY CO., with registration No.35267, SAUDI ARAMCO with registration No.10005842, SABIC/SABIC AFFILIATES, SAUDI TELECOM AND ROYAL COMMISSION, with Safety Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Construction works & Communication networks including Fiber Optic works and all Testing Equipments.

‘ASAMCO’ highly Qualified, Motivated & Experienced Staff work with your employees ( Client Representatives ) to ascertain the requirements and needs of your company ( Client ) by a series of Assessments, Inspections & Evaluations. From this base line, we carry out our professional responsibility & advise you of the procedural updates required by standards & specifications, codes & best management practice.
Client will receive ¬constant feedback & updating reports showing the progress. Our employees will be advised / monitored to assure permanent & lasting accomplishments have been achieved.

For every Project that we engage, we in ASAMCO are primarily concerned in the successful execution and completion of the Project. A Project is successful if its overall objectives are met or realized.

The overall objective by which we measure the success of our Projects are in terms of :

Scheduling : Our objective, as far as ‘Scheduling’ is concerned, is to complete and deliver the Project to the client on or before the contract completion date. The ‘Scheduling’ is important not only to avoid paying the liquidated damages as imposed in most project contract but most likely for us to build and maintain an image and reputation as a responsible, reliable Contractor. Further in most cases, the earlier the Project is completed, the lesser the actual cost is incurred.

Cost : We aim for the lowest cost possible not only for the benefit of the company but also most especially for the benefit of the Client.

Quality : Consistent with the ‘Cost’ and ‘Scheduling’ objectives, we aim to deliver the Project ‘Product’ as desired by the Client and in accordance with Contract requirements and specifications, the best quality products.

The main focus in each Project that we undertake is meeting Scheduling/Quality objectives. The efforts of all units involved in the Project is directed towards the accomplishment of these three (3) overall objectives.

The Project Execution Plan outlines the procedure for controlling cost, schedules and various functions of how the work will be coordinated and managed. These procedures are based on using normal ‘ASAMCO’ construction strategy. The intent of execution plan is to set forth the means of execution proposed to effect timely commencement and schedule completion of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Telecommunication activities of the Project and efforts required using its own resources to meet the completion date of the Project as shown on the Milestone Schedule.

Co-ordination Plan with other Contractors :

‘ASAMCO’ as the main Contractor for the Project shall coordinate with other contractors working at or in proximity to its Construction Site to avoid any erroneous action such as double handling of works, inaccurate planning etc. Besides, in order to meet the Project’s Critical Milestone Dates, ‘ASAMCO.’ shall coordinate with all concerned parties and authorities including Saudi Electricity Co.–ERB or Saudi Aramco or Sabic / Sabic Affiliates or Saudi Telecom or Royal Commission and others as necessary.
Safety / Work Permits and Security :

It is ASAMCO policy to provide effective Safety and Security measures with the end view of protecting the life and property of all ASAMCO and client’s installations. A written Safety & Loss Prevention Program, which is always being presented and explained to all ASAMCO construction personnel by a full time assigned Safety Supervisor, will be implemented prior to Project Execution. A Safety Meeting is regularly being implemented prior to start of each work. ASAMCO and its employees, as a regular Contractor, are already well versed and knowledgeable with all the Safety requirements and standards. Our company has a dedicate safety division where safety plan, employees safety training are controlled.

ASAMCO shall utilize construction personnel who has undergone proper training in safety security systems and who are holders of proper work permits.

2.) Ensure that project specification and requirements incorporated in all purchase requestazation.

4.) Avoid deceptive buying tactics such as promising volumes known to be inaccurate, which are damaging to good working relationships.

5.) Avoid situations that might be adverse to client – Procurement Management Organization’s interest or result in conflicting loyalties or interests.

6.) Protect confidential information provided by the client
